Cecilia Eisner studied architecture at the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism, University of Buenos Aires , and holds a Masters degree in environmental design and engineering from the Bartlett School of Graduate Studies, University College London.

Before joining Rickaby Thompson Associates she worked in architectural practice in Buenos Aires . She is an Authorised SAP energy rating Assessor through the NHER scheme and a Competent Person for carbon dioxide emissions calculations under the Building Regulations, via the Faero Competent Persons scheme.

Cecilia is also and experienced in the use of a wide range of energy and environmental assessment methods including BREEAM, EcoHomes , ENVEST and TAS. She has particular experience of Building Regulations, Part L1B (2006) compliance assessments of refurbishment, extension and change-of-use proposals for existing dwellings.
